For 53 years I lived in Cleveland, OH. From November to April, Cleveland weather would destroy a car's appearance. White road salt, brown slush, frigid wind chills, and relentless blowing snow, just devoured your car's paint in Ohio. When spring arrived, Clevelanders desired a spotless car. This is where my experience started with professional detailing.


At a young age, I detailed cars from my dad's wholesale car business. After graduating from college, I would receive requests from people asking, "Can you do my car, Steve?" Years later, this led me to a large corporate car dealership in Cleveland. When I was hired, I supervised 12 associates professionally detailing all new, pre-owned, leased, and all service department cars. Across this dealership's campus, this became a consistent flow of 727-823-2500 cars monthly. I trained all of these department employees and generated profits for my detailing department. The dealership became a daily schooling of what customer satisfaction is.


When I left the dealership side of detailing, I became self-employed. In 2016, I started a professional ceramic coating business in Cleveland. When I moved here to Pinellas County Florida in 2020, I capitalized on a missing opportunity. Showing up on time at your home was the missing opportunity. Satisfying the customer is the other piece to the puzzle. I shoot straight with all my customers. Our ceramic company performs when the customer calls.


When I did cars at my dad's wholesale car business, he would repeat this line to me over and over again... "Do it again. Do it again. Make it better!" My dad's voice would resonate in my head all day. He was ALWAYS pushing my efforts in the presentation of any car. Understand this, when I professionally ceramic your car, you get a piece of my Sicilian dad.
